In the College of Health Sciences, we believe community and belonging are essential components for achieving academic excellence, impactful research, and proficient practice. We are committed to developing and implementing strategies within our College that create safe spaces, sense of belonging, and opportunities for meaningful engagement for all of our students, faculty, and staff, whose experiences and perspectives add to a strong University foundation. As a leader in the Health Sciences, it is our mission to train and mentor future clinicians, scientists, and other healthcare professionals who understand and appreciate the importance of community and have the cultural competence to interact effectively in our nation and world.
