Yogurt Fruit Shake
Makes 3 servings
Ingredients
- 1 medium ripe fruit such as a peach, banana, or nectarine, peeled, or ¾ cup sliced strawberries, papaya, or mango or whole raspberries or blueberries
- 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt or no-sugar-added fat-free fruit flavored yogurt
- 1 cup fat-free milk
- 1 tbs vanilla extract
- 2 cups ice cubes, crushed
- 1 tbs lime juice (optional)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
