Yogurt Fruit Shake

Makes 3 servings



  • 1 medium ripe fruit such as a peach, banana, or nectarine, peeled, or ¾ cup sliced strawberries, papaya, or mango or whole raspberries or blueberries
  • 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt or no-sugar-added fat-free fruit flavored yogurt
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 tbs vanilla extract
  • 2 cups ice cubes, crushed 
  • 1 tbs lime juice (optional)



  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
