Applicators and Educators
Types of pesticide applicators include: Private Applicator, Commercial Applicator, Noncommercial Applicator, Public Applicator and a Certified Handler. The goal of the Pesticide Safety Education Program (PSEP) is to provide educational information throughout Delaware on the safe and effective use of pesticides.
