Pizza Popcorn
Ingredients
- 10 cups popped corn*
- 1 cup sundried tomatoes, diced finely
- 1 cup reduced-fat parmesan grated cheese 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
Pop corn according to manufacturer’s directions. Add sundried tomatoes to popcorn. Combine cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and olive oil in a separate bowl, stir until combined. Pour seasoning and oil mixture over popcorn and tomatoes and toss with clean hands until all kernels are well-coated.
*By using whole corn kernels and popping corn on the stove or in an air popper you’ll spend just pennies a serving compared to more expensive microwave packets!
