University of Delaware Cooperative Extension encourages all individuals to participate in our programs. We are open to using all reasonable efforts to reach and accommodate participants.

To help notify individuals of our policies we use statements on our publications and will post the “And Justice for All” posters in our meeting locations.

We will work with individuals with disabilities to participate in programs and activities. If you anticipate needing special accommodations, have questions about the physical access provided, or require alternative means for communication of program information (Braille, large print, audiotape, English as a Second Language materials; etc.), please contact your local County Extension office before your visit or at least two weeks prior to the program event.

The following non-discrimination statements are used in the issuance of publications. The posters will be posted in all offices and the statements will be included in full, on all materials which are produced by University of Delaware Cooperative Extension for public information, public education or public distribution. For small brochures, business cards and web email trailers, the short form may be used in a print size no smaller than the text. The statement shall be in English and in languages appropriate to the local population and in alternative means of communication (Braille, large print, audiotape, etc.) whenever possible.
