Bio:
Kimi Moore is a Registered Dietitian, originally from Felton, Delaware. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Dietetics and a master’s degree in Health Promotion both from the University of Delaware.
Kimi came to Cooperative Extension after working there during her nutrition undergraduate class placement. From there, she was hired as the Project Director for the 4-H Food Smart Families program, then served as a Nutrition Extension Program Coordinator, and now is in the role of Health & Well-being Extension Educator. Through these experiences, she discovered her love for community nutrition and health, specifically the type of work done through UD Extension.
As a true-crime aficionado, you may sometimes find her indulging in a true-crime podcast or documentary!
