Colinabo Repollo

Ingredientes

  • 1 Colinabo mediano
  • 2 manzanas
  • ½ Jalapeño
  • 2 cucharadas de cilantro
  • 1 Limón, jugo y cáscara de limón
  • 1 naranja, jugo y cáscara de naranja
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
  • Añada sal y pimiento por sabor

  • Carbs — 12g
  • Proteína — 1g
  • Grasa — 4g
  • Sodio — 7mg
  • Fibra — 3g

Instrucciones

  1. Lave y pela colinabo.  Cortada en pedazos pequeños, estilo de chiffonada.
  2. Lave y cortada en pedazos la manzana, estilo de chiffonada. Deja la cáscara.
  3. Finamente picado el jalapeño y cilantro.
  4. En un recipiente grande, combine colinabo, manzana, jalapeño, y cilantro
  5. Añada el jugo del limón y naranja, la cáscara de los dos, y el aceite de oliva. Revuelva para combinar.
  6. Añada sal y pimiento por sabor.
