For those with special needs

You MUST add one of the clauses found here in any materials that involve public registration. It can be added to the above clause or appear separately. According to our Civil Rights Officer, two-three weeks prior notification by the public is reasonable to allow UD to arrange special needs resources.

All brochures and informational flyers promoting programs will provide accessibility instructions for people with special needs. All reasonable efforts will be implemented to meet the accessibility requests. Sample language to be used in marketing materials:
