South Florida Blue Hens and friends can connect with each other through events and the Florida Blue Hen Network Facebook Group for camaraderie, networking, local advice and recommendations and sharing their mutual love for the University of Delaware.
Join local events, organized by UD Blue Hen ambassadors in your region, that range from happy hours to family-friendly ice cream gatherings and museum tours to cheering on your favorite sports teams at the stadium. Many events are sponsored by the UD Alumni Association (UDAA), which allows them to be offered at discounted rates.

Favorite Memory:
I loved walking past the Deer Park Inn on my way to the record store. The Deer Park had a history of its own and while I didn't visit often, it was fun to think of all those who had visited over the years—U of D alums or not.

Favorite Memory:
My favorite experience at UD was when I did winter session in France! I have such wonderful memories from that trip, and it sparked a lifelong passion for travel.
