Development Coordinator, Parents & Family Giving and Student Life Philanthropy

Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice President, Parent and Family Giving and Student Life the Development Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating a full range of complex engagement, marketing, and event-planning functions relative to Parent and Family Giving and Student Life philanthropic activities. The Coordinator will serve as a facilitator of marketing, solicitation, stewardship, and engagement projects and as a liaison for all internal and external clients for the Parent and Family Giving and Student Life team. The Coordinator exercises autonomy in researching and creating comprehensive analytics in support of targeted efforts and formal initiatives. This position requires an understanding of fundraising and donor relations in a higher-education environment.

Assistant to the Vice President, Development and Alumni Relations

Under general direction of the Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations (VP) and the Associate Vice President and Chief of Staff (AVP), the Assistant to the Vice President manages all aspects of executive and project management support. Responsible for associated administrative tasks and processes, the Assistant to the Vice President is responsible for the strategic development, oversight, and execution of various high-level / high-priority projects, including those for the Board of Trustees and the President.

Director, Volunteer Programs

Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Alumni Engagement, the Director will collaborate to set a vision for and guide the strategy development, implementation, and management designed to support goals through engaging and identifying volunteers, annual donors and both current and future major gift prospects. The Director will oversee and coordinate the administration of all volunteer-based programs for all 196,000 undergraduate and graduate alumni and other UD constituents.
