The Director of Development is responsible for securing major gifts from individuals and corporations with an emphasis of the Lerner College of Business and Economics. In this position, the Director will split their focus between individuals and corporate partners. The Director will create and execute a corporate strategy in the college by working alongside academic partners to assess current relationships and develop new opportunities for engagement and philanthropy. Additionally, the Director will identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit and steward individual and corporate major gift donors and prospects interested in business with emphasis on the solicitation of gifts of $50,000 or more.

Under the general direction of the Assistant Dean for External Relations, Biden School, the position of Assistant Director, Development, Biden School is responsible for managing a portfolio of qualified donors and potential prospects with an emphasis on increasing philanthropy with the Biden School of Public Policy & Administration. Director, Content Strategy

A leader on the DAR marketing team, the Director creates and implements the overarching content strategy and vision for DAR marketing. In addition, the incumbent serves as editorial advisor and oversees all editorial aspects of DAR communications and marketing.
