OPEN POSITIONS
UD Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) seeks an Assistant to the Vice President to oversee and coordinate the VP’s activities and functions and anticipate needs, work independently, and provide proactive support, all in support of the goals and mission of DAR and the University of Delaware.
The primary goal of this role is to increase University of Delaware donor giving and alumni engagement by establishing, managing, and implementing projects to consistently and effectively communicate engagement, solicitation, cultivation and stewardship messaging through a variety of direct marketing channels.
The Associate Director of Development, is responsible for major gift fundraising for the College of Arts & Sciences (CAS), including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift donors for the CAS. The emphasis of the position is on the solicitation of gifts of $50,000 or more from individuals.
The University of Delaware's Development and Alumni Relations team has a unique opportunity to contribute toward the planning and execution of special events designed to engage, cultivate and steward prospective and current donors for UD.
