OPEN POSITIONS
Help drive impactful change by partnering with passionate leaders, faculty, and staff to inspire transformational giving and advance the University's goals by building meaningful relationships and securing major gifts.
The Senior Director of Development is responsible for major gift fundraising including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major and principal gift donors for Lerner College. The Senior Director will also manage a team of frontline fundraisers, inspiring cross-functional teamwork, and collaboration to drive achievement and close gifts.
The Associate Director of Development is responsible for major gift fundraising including identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major gift donors for the College of Engineering.
