- About
Along our education and career paths, we encounter many helpers—from mentors and teachers to friends and colleagues who share valuable insights and advice.
Do you have the capacity to serve as a helper to current Blue Hen students and recent graduates? You can play a part in the success and in the personal and professional development of Blue Hens through mentorship, networking, offering job shadowing and insights, posting internship and job opportunities, and more. Here, you’ll find options for how to help Blue Hens succeed in their fields.
Hire Blue Hens
Students and young alumni are seeking out opportunities to gain professional experience through internships, jobs and gigs. The UD Career Center, Lerner Career Services Center and Graduate Student Professional Development are ready to work with you to recruit and hire talented Blue Hens for a variety of roles:
- If you have a full-time, part-time, internship or temporary position available or are willing to make an introduction to your recruiting team, we are ready to work with you through our Hire a Hen Program to help you easily recruit UD talent.

Lerner Executive Mentoring Program
If you have 10 or more years of progressive career experience and passion, you can help students in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics succeed!
