Diversifying opportunity

Partnerships through centers and various collaborative programs allow our department to grow and enhance research. Laboratories provide additional opportunity to expand and diversify research mechanisms while also allowing the integration for both undergraduate and graduate students to get involved.

Research conducted in the laboratory explores a wide variety of economic and consumer behavior and participants receive monetary compensation based on the decisions they make in a variety of different settings.
The interdisciplinary program in Water Science and Policy educates students to address the complex challenges that we face today. As true stewards of our environment, students develop solutions that are socially acceptable, economically viable and environmentally sustainable.
The Northeast Center was established at the University of Delaware in 2001. It is funded through the USDA National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA), and is one of four regional Extension Risk Management Education Centers located throughout the country.
The StatLab provides statistical consulting services to graduate students, faculty, staff and researchers throughout the university, as well as non-university agencies and companies.
