Our Treatment Model

The Center for Counseling and Student Development (CCSD) is a nationally accredited counseling center and the University’s central hub for mental health support. We provide triage services, help students navigate on‑ and off‑campus resources, offer short‑term, goal‑directed counseling, deliver a range of mental health services, conduct outreach and training and consult with parents, faculty and staff.

CCSD is staffed by an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals and hosts a robust, nationally accredited training program for emerging clinicians. Our staff specialize in the mental health and developmental needs of students in emerging adulthood.
