Graduate Programs
We offer two master of science (M.S.) degree programs in Entomology and Wildlife Ecology and a Ph.D. degree in Entomology and Wildlife Ecology with two concentrations. Most of our students are supported on graduate research assistantships. Our faculty members are hands-on, working closely with the students to ensure their success.
Two graduate areas exist in the department, namely:
1. M.S. degree programs in Entomology and in Wildlife Ecology
2. Ph.D. degree program in Entomology and Wildlife Ecology
- Entomology Concentration (Ph.D.)
- Wildlife Ecology Concentration (Ph.D.)
Addtionally, our department offers a 4+1 in Environmental Education, where students earn B.S. and M.S. degrees in an accelerated timeframe; our nationally recognized faculty give students individual attention, including weekly check-ins.
Our department has a rolling admission policy. Prospective graduate students are required to have a departmental faculty advisor/mentor before they apply.
