    Holding an undergraduate degree in energy and environmental policy and environmental studies, Carl Nelson-Poteet next pursued a master’s in Water Science and Policy. His thesis on the effects of temperature defaults on energy and water consumption can be applied to evaluate sustainability efforts at colleges and universities. At the same time, his work with the Office of Sustainability and the CEAE mentoring network helps to keep students interested in sustainability.

Britwum’s Oct. 30 talk is titled "Unpacking the Eggs: What We Believe, Know, and Pay for Different Kinds of Eggs".

    The University of Delaware’s newest undergraduate programs, sports performance analytics, is now accepting new students. The new major includes extensive coursework in statistical analysis and predictive modeling to give students the foundational skills needed to excel in a performance analytics setting. However, the new program also has an experiential learning requirement with the already well-established internship program with UD Athletics. This unique opportunity gives students a chance to learn the theoretical and practical sides of sports performance analytics.
