Kaleb Scott is a 2016 graduate of the University of Delaware, where he obtained his BS in Human Development and Family Sciences. He joined Delaware Cooperative Extension and Delaware 4-H in Feb. 2017 as a 4-H Program Assistant before transitioning into his current role as 4-H Afterschool Director in Kent County. 

Kaleb is a lifelong 4-H’er who focused much of his time on the Civic Engagement aspect of the program by being heavily involved with and serving Sussex County 4-H in a variety of ways. This has included serving as a counselor at county camps, helping plan and implement countywide events and eventually becoming a counselor at State 4-H Camp—one of his favorite places to be! 

Kaleb currently resides in Laurel, Delaware, where he grew up with a large family: currently three sisters, three stepsisters, one stepbrother and nine nieces and nephews!
