Application for 2026-2027 MS/DI Program (Fall 2026 start) - UPDATED for Spring Application Cycle

• August 5, 2025 – Applications open in DICAS
• February 1, 2026 - Spring application deadline at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
• March 1, 2026 - Final applicant notification date. Applicants may be notified of our decision prior to this date.
• March 15, 2026 -  Applicant final decision date for spring application cycle. Deadline for accepted students to confirm acceptance of the admission offer with the program director.

Year 1: Students complete 27 credits of graduate coursework from Fall 2026 through Summer 2027 before starting the Dietetic Internship.

Year 2: Dietetic Internship

Dietetic Internship Program Schedule

The following are the rotation lengths for each rotation of the internship year with a minimum of 38 hours per week. Interns are expected to be present at their rotation sites Monday through Friday with the exception of the online class held on Tuesday mornings from 9:35-10:55 am Eastern Time.

Full-time
Orientation – 4 days
Clinical Nutrition – 12 weeks
Food Service Management – 7 weeks
Community Nutrition – 6 weeks
Elective – 3 weeks
Total 29 weeks

All rotations and assignments must be completed satisfactorily before a Verification Statement certifying program completion is issued.
