Jonathan directs the Learning Movement & Rehabilitation Lab which focuses on how the human brain controls movement, how it develops and maintains motor skills, and how neurologic disease impacts these processes. The long-term goal of this research is to advance rehabilitation practice by determining how to optimize interventions that will improve physical function and quality of life for people with neurologic disorders such as Parkinson’s disease.
