Jillian Trabulsi, PhD, RD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Health Behavior and Nutrition Sciences and a Principal Investigator of the Energy Balance and Nutrition Laboratory at the University of Delaware. Her research focuses on diet composition, growth, and energy balance in infants and children who are healthy and in those with chronic disease. Dr. Trabulsi started her career as a clinical dietitian at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). She went on to earn her Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences at The University of Wisconsin – Madison, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in Pediatric Nutrition and Growth at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her research is funded by grants from the National Institutes of Health as well as private foundations and her work is published in peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Trabulsi is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND), the Pediatric Nutrition Practice Group of AND, and the American Society of Nutrition (ASN).
