Jennifer is the Director of Undergraduate Nutrition Programs and the Food and Nutrition Education Lab, and Instructor in the Department of Health Behavior and Nutrition Sciences. She earned her BS in Applied Nutrition and MBA in Healthcare Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. She is a Registered Dietitian (RD), licensed in the state of PA (LDN), and is a Fellow of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (FAND). Jennifer has over 29 years of work experience as a pediatric dietitian and leader at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Her professional interests include competency-based training, interprofessional education, mentoring, and culinary medicine.
