UDairy Creamery announces Café catering, cheese specials
The new UDairy Creamery Café, which opened this summer in the Barnes and Noble University of Delaware Bookstore at 83 East Main St., is now offering breakfast and lunch catering items packaged individually or for the group. Delivery is available on campus. Prepared by UD students, menu items include UDairy exclusive cheese trays and ice cream as well as breakfast and lunch trays or bagged lunches.
The Café offers breakfast, including Little Goat Coffee, hot and cold sandwiches and UDairy Grilled Cheese, soups, salads, cheese snack packs, ice cream and more. With a large seating space inside the Barnes and Noble University of Delaware Bookstore, UDairy Creamery Café is a great place to study, host a small meeting or visit for your favorite ice cream.
Cheese boxes are available at the UDairy Creamery Café, the UDairy Creamery flagship location (535 South College Ave.) and online for home shipments. Customers can order home shipments to ship immediately or schedule an arrival date for the holidays.
Cheese box options include:
- Three cheese box includes 8.5 ounce blocks of Delaware Gold, Garlic and Chive Delaware Gold and Taco Delaware Gold;
- Signature box includes 8.5 ounce blocks of UD Cheddar and Delaware Gold and 8 ounce bag of plain cheddar cheese curds;
- DE-luxe box includes 8.5 ounce blocks of Delaware Gold, Garlic and Chive Delaware Gold and Taco Delaware Gold, waxed in blue, green and red respectively, 1.5 ounce jar of UD honey, UDairy cow cutting board and cheese knife; and
- Cheese is also available by the individual block or bag of curds.
The flagship location is closed Nov. 25 to 27 for the Thanksgiving holiday; the Café is closed on Thanksgiving and Sunday, Nov. 28.
