The community is invited to lace up their running shoes and show support for those who serve during the 5th Annual Stars and Strides Delaware Charitable 5K, hosted by Bloom Energy as part of Military Appreciation Day activities on Saturday, Nov. 14.

Held on the University of Delaware's STAR Campus, the event will bring together runners, walkers, families and community members for a morning of fun, fitness and appreciation. In addition to the 5K race, attendees can enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities before heading to Delaware Stadium to cheer on the Blue Hens as they take on Florida International University at 3 p.m.

"Stars and Strides" has become a popular annual tradition, offering an opportunity for the community to come together in recognition of military service while supporting charitable causes throughout Delaware.
