Facilities has launched an updated “Keys Only” Request for Service (RFS) form designed to make key requests easier to submit and track. The revised form captures more detailed location information, including campus, building, and room number, helping ensure requests are routed accurately.

In addition, the form now automatically generates a work order, providing better visibility into requests and improving tracking from submission through completion. These enhancements support faster, more efficient service for the University community.
