The University of Delaware employee learning portal, ConnectingU, has updated its look to a “simplified theme.”

The changes are designed to give learners a better user experience with mobile devices, such as cell phones and tablets.

While the look is new, the home page navigation is largely unchanged, with familiar tabs at the top and the category icons below.

ConnectingU offers many courses, certificate programs and resources to extend employees' professional development, especially during this time while many are working remotely.

Among these offerings are three new certificate programs:

• Career Influencer, a program to help students become career ready,
• Basic Digital Accessibility, an introduction to creating digital content for the widest possible audiences and
• Secure UD Training, a program that empowers employees to protect themselves, the community, and the University from cyber risks.
