In-person dining to resume on campus: Positive actions by UD students -- and their response to the measures the University put into place – has enabled the University to resume in-person dining at all campus dining halls and at the food courts in Trabant University Center and Perkins Student Center, beginning at 8 a.m., Saturday, April 17. Dining hall guests will be asked to use designated entrances — the Academy Street entrance at Caesar Rodney and the Main entrance at Pencader for dining in, and the South Green entrance and Terrace entrance, respectively, for “to go” dining. All facilities will have reduced seating, so diners who eat indoors are asked not to linger after meals so that others can enjoy the space. With spring’s warmer temperatures, congregating to eat outdoors is permitted, if physically distanced, but students still may not congregate to share meals in residence hall common spaces. Beginning Tuesday, April 6, all University of Delaware students (age 16+) will be eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine from the Delaware Division of Public Health. This applies to ALL students, including those who are not permanent residents of Delaware.

All University of Delaware employees are now eligible for vaccination within the State of Delaware. The Delaware Division of Public Health is beginning to fully roll out the vaccine now to everyone in Phase 1b; that includes employees of institutions of higher education.

Undergraduate and Graduate Student Employees: UD’s Office of Human Resources will be distributing employment documentation for graduate students and student employees to confirm their vaccine eligibility via email. All other staff and faculty (including those who reside outside of Delaware) can simply present their UD ID cards or a pay stub as proof of employment.  Additional information regarding vaccine distribution can be found here: 

No. The University strongly encourages all members of the UD community to get the COVID vaccine when it is available to them.

Yes. This will continue to ensure that all individuals using campus facilities are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

For now, yes. While the current vaccines are highly effective, no vaccine is 100% effective. So, until the pandemic is under control, frequent testing will continue to be an important tool in identifying positive cases and slowing the spread of the virus to protect our community.

Yes. While experts learn more about the protection that COVID vaccines provide under real-life conditions, it will be important for everyone to continue using all the tools available to help stop the pandemic.

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is the best source of information about the virus, the disease and the vaccines. The pandemic is a constantly evolving situation, with new information available frequently, so it is important to stay up to date with developments.

Health and Safety

Stay home when you’re feeling sick. Participate honestly in periodic health screenings. Keep at least 6 feet away from others, both indoors and outdoors. Wear masks or cloth face coverings in classrooms, laboratories and all common areas; masks should be worn outdoors when a 6-foot separation may not be possible, such as walking on The Green or riding public transportation. Wash/sanitize your hands frequently, cover your cough and practice good personal hygiene.

With many courses still offered online, the density of students and faculty on campus is lower than normal. For courses requiring in-person instruction, classrooms are arranged so that students remain at least 6 feet apart. Classrooms, labs and other instructional spaces are cleaned twice a day; high-touch surfaces are cleaned more frequently.

For the limited number of students living on campus, UD Residence Life and Housing is developing a comprehensive plan that provides for appropriate social distancing, frequent cleaning of facilities, signage and other steps. This plan will be available before students return to the residence halls.

Students, faculty and staff will be asked to show their e-mail verifying successful completion of the daily health screening questionnaire when entering dining facilities. An enhanced sanitation program will use CDC-approved sanitizers and disinfectants and includes frequent cleaning of all surfaces with special emphasis on high touch areas like tables, chairs, doors and condiment stations. Hand washing and hand-sanitizer stations to promote hand hygiene will be available at dining locations. Face coverings will be used as much as possible when not eating. Directional signage, arrows and floor markings will promote one-way foot traffic in, out, and through dining locations and to maintain proper social distance where lines can form. Seating inside dining locations will be limited to align with required occupancy limits and to follow social distancing guidelines. Current capacities and wait times for the dining halls will be posted online and near their entrances. Additional outdoor dining areas will be also available on campus.

Dining Services will also adapt their entire production process to maintain the highest levels of quality and food safety. They will partner with vendors to optimize the delivery process to minimize product handling and exposure. Production processes will be adjusted to accommodate our employees maintaining social distancing standards while preparing food. Where possible, adjustments will be made to increase availability of disposable service ware, portioned condiments, individually wrapped items and the elimination of self-serve stations and reusables to prevent cross-contamination. Employees will be trained and certified in our standards for environmental, occupational and food safety. Additional focus will be added to areas including hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene, the proper use of PPE and the safe and effective use of CDC-approved disinfectants and other chemicals. Employees will not be permitted to work when experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness so daily checks will be conducted to ensure employee health and well-being.

UD’s facilities and health teams are reviewing ventilation systems throughout the University and will take appropriate steps as necessary. There have been no documented cases of COVID-19 spread through recirculating air in an HVAC system.

The University has created a data dashboard that is updated every weekday with information about testing, positive cases, daily health checks and more. Individuals who have tested positive for the virus must be in isolation, staying in one room of their home and using their OWN bathroom. If they need to leave their room, they MUST wear a mask. The University has facilities for students who need to isolate. Individuals who have had direct contact with someone who tested positive will be required to self-quarantine for 14 days. Quarantine means that they will not report to work or class. They should wear a mask at all times when out of their bedroom. Individuals who believe they have been exposed should self-monitor for 14 days for COVID-19 symptoms including fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, body aches, loss of smell or taste, diarrhea or abdominal pain.

If you are not cleared to utilize campus facilities as a result of the University of Delaware Daily Health Check, you may order a meal from the dining halls and designate a roommate, friend or UD staff member to pick it up, or you may pick up a pre-packaged meal yourself using designated entrances, per Dining Services’ policy.


The University's decisions will be driven by the specific circumstances of a positive case or cases. UD has plans and resources for tracing and the isolation or quarantine of patients.

COVID-19 is a new disease, and there is limited information regarding risk factors. Based on currently available CDC information and clinical expertise, older adults (65 or older) and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. See CDC Guidelines. If you need to take extra precautions, requests for accommodations should be made to the Office of Disability Support Services (DSS). 

Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 (including cough, fever and shortness of breath) should self-quarantine. Students on campus should call Student Health Services at 302-831-2226 to discuss their symptoms before visiting in person so that they can be routed most efficiently to appropriate care. Students, faculty and staff off campus should call their healthcare provider. 

Yes. The vaccine is still one of the best protections against influenza, and health protocols are designed to minimize the risk of COVID-19 for those getting a flu shot.

Everyone, including students, instructors/faculty, staff and visitors to campus. Face coverings are required items, similar to the way lab goggles are required in all lab settings. 

Additional face coverings should be available in certain circumstances. However, those without face coverings will be asked to leave the facility until they have one. If you have forgotten yours, disposable masks are available for free at the information desks in: Perkins Student Center, Trabant University Center, Morris Library, Carpenter Sports Building, STAR Tower.

The University is relying on all members of our community, as well as visitors to campus, to help protect themselves and others by complying with the State of Delaware’s requirements and UD’s policies regarding face coverings and other measures. If a student is not wearing a face covering in the classroom, faculty members should ask them to wear one or leave the classroom. To anonymously report non-compliance with the requirements, individuals can use the UD Compliance Hotline or the LiveSafe App.

Students will be provided with face coverings, which they should wash regularly. Faculty and staff who do not have their own face covering may contact UD Environmental Health & Safety at 302-831-8475 or to obtain one.

Cloth face coverings should be washed after every use. More information is available from the CDC.

Clear plastic barriers will not be installed in classrooms; they have been installed in high-traffic areas such as the library information desk and Student Financial Services building. The use of a plastic face shield does not replace the need to wear a face covering.

UD Student Centers, the Library and some classrooms are available either by reserving a space online or by dropping in. As a reminder, masks must be work and physical distancing guidelines followed when using campus facilities.


The Student Centers have spaces available either by reserving space via their website or using available common spaces. Common spaces in Perkins Student Center are the Scrounge, East Lounge, West Lounge, lower-level seating, concourse seating, 3rd-floor conference table. Common spaces in Trabant are Daughterty Hall, Trabant Lounge, 2nd-floor seating, the food court and lower-level seating.

Classes begin Feb. 15, which is a week later than originally scheduled. There will be no spring break. The last day of classes will be May 18, and the final examination period will end May 27.

The later start will reduce campus activities during the flu season, provide more time for a longer move-in process and allow more campus activities to take place in warmer weather.

The typical Monday/Wednesday/Friday and Tuesday/Thursday schedule will continue. Classes will be held at regular daily scheduled times. More face-to-face course sections will be offered in the spring; details about delivery method are available in the course description.

Spring break is canceled to minimize off-campus travel, which will help slow the spread of the coronavirus. UD will provide additional wellbeing programming for students, faculty and staff.

All classrooms will be cleaned, marked for social distancing, have decals on floors, and have hand sanitizing and cleaning materials available. Excess chairs/desks will be removed. All classrooms used for in-person teaching will be adequately wired for instruction with options to record using UD Capture Classroom Capture or Zoom.

For the spring 2021 semester, students may take more than 2 UD online courses per semester without submitting a waiver. 

Standard grading and academic policies will resume for the Spring 2021 semester. The deadline to change registration (i.e. change to the standard Pass/Fail option or Listener/Audit status) or to withdraw from courses is extended to Monday, May 3, 2021. The Registration Timeline provides details on how and when registration changes can be made. Yes. Faculty members will be available for virtual office hours.

The UD Bookstore is high encouraging students to place their textbook order online and to have the order shipped to their place of residence/off campus housing before the first day of classes. Shipping will be free for orders over $49. In-store capacity will be limited as lines will be physically distanced and therefore there will be assigned pick-up times for pick-up orders and long waiting times.

All undergraduate students who apply for admission for fall 2021 will be considered without submitting SAT or ACT scores. UD graduate programs have a decentralized admissions process, so individual graduate programs have their own admissions and test requirements. All program admissions requirements are available on each individual Graduate Program details webpage, under “Program Admission Requirements”. Please contact the Program contact listed on this webpage to follow up about any testing requirement questions.

Laboratory classes are still being offered, though the delivery mode might be different than in a typical semester. In-person labs will be listed on the student schedule with a scheduled meeting time and an on-campus location. Labs being delivered online will be listed with a location of “ONLINE”.

Online labs may meet either asynchronously (no set meeting times) or synchronously (set meeting times). Note: Classes that do not have a scheduled meeting time (asynchronous online classes) will appear on a student’s registration schedule (but not on the weekly schedule grid). Each remote lab experience is designed to address specific learning goals of the student’s laboratory course. In some cases, students will be mailed supplies with which to conduct hands-on experimentation safely from home. Some laboratory courses will encourage students to use easily found home supplies to conduct at-home experimentation to engage with and demonstrate scientific concepts. The remote laboratory experience of other courses will reinforce the content, concepts, and skills normally experienced in the laboratory by introducing laboratory equipment and procedures through online video recordings and simulations, while teaching teams guide students in live online small group sessions through the development of hypotheses, analyzing data, and presenting research findings in visual, oral, and written formats.

The instructor will determine whether there are scheduled meeting times (synchronous delivery) or if the class will be delivered asynchronously (no set meeting times). Classes meeting synchronously have meeting times published in the class schedule. 

UD faculty, instructors and teaching assistants have prepared high-quality online courses. While the class experience will be different, UD’s commitment to academic excellence remains as strong as ever. As a major research university, innovation is at our core, and that includes identifying and delivering the most effective learning experiences for our students.

UD has vast experience in running online programs—22 offered fully online—including the highly ranked Lerner MBA and the Biden School’s Master of Public Administration. Our institutional efforts are being led by these seasoned online instructors, as well as faculty who are leading national experts in online teaching effectiveness. What’s more, UD’s online teaching hub has provided training or consultation to nearly 700 faculty members who will teach in the fall semester. As a result of these efforts, we estimate that faculty have created or refreshed over 1,300 online courses to date, and the number is growing. 

We recognize that some students may not be able to come to campus in the spring for personal or health reasons. The University will make every effort to offer online versions of courses that will be delivered in a face-to-face format. However, not all courses offered will be available online, in particular those with essential learning outcomes that include development of specific hands-on skills that can only be taught in the laboratory or studio. Students who are unable to attend these limited courses in person should consider alternative courses for the spring semester. Students who need accommodations due to an underlying medical condition or disability should work with the Office of Disability Support Services.

The University has decided to cancel all study-abroad programs for spring and summer 2021. The probability remains quite low that safe travel and entry into other countries, due to COVID-19, will resume in the coming months. For more information, visit the Institute for Global Studies,

Yes, students may take up to two consecutive semesters but you must apply for the leave of absence each semester separately. For more information, visit: Eligibility for merit aid requires continues enrollment at UD. If a student is approved for a leave of absence, the student would need to appeal to the financial aid office to have their merit aid considered for renewal. If an upperclass student has a guaranteed housing contract and does a leave of absence for the fall semester, then the application is defered to the spring. The student is still bound to the contract and guaranteed for spring housing.

You can apply to defer your admission for one semester or up to one year. Contact the office of admissions ( prior to the start of classes for more information and to initiate the deferral application process. Deferrals are typically approved for students who are undertaking an educationally purposeful gap year or semester (including UD’s Design Your Success certificate program) or in cases involving extenuating circumstances such as medical issues or military deployments. 

Tuition, Fees & Scholarships

While the delivery of courses may be different, the University is committed to maintaining the high quality of instruction that students expect from UD to earn their degree. UD’s distinguished faculty continue to teach these courses, and the course curricula continue to prioritize the learning outcomes that faculty have established. In fact, the cost for online instruction is actually higher, reflecting the expense of computer equipment, software, instructional technology expertise and other needs. UD has invested significantly in education technology over the summer to ensure that students can continue their academic progress and graduate on time; those higher costs are not being passed on to students.

The Comprehensive Student Fee has been reduced by 15% this year.

Whether studying on campus or remotely, our students need the essential services covered by our student fees. The Student Wellbeing Fee continues to provide medical and health services, both in person and virtually, for every full-time student. Students can schedule virtual appointments with Student Health Services and online counseling sessions with the Center for Counseling and Student Development. The Comprehensive Fee and Student Center Fees continue to support a wide range of student support and engagement opportunities, including the UD Career Center, diversity and inclusion programming, the recreation center (Little Bob), the Office of the Dean of Students and other units, as well as the nearly 400 registered student organizations (RSO’s) at UD. These are essential services to help students find internships and jobs, and help students connect with each other through shared interests and goals. RSO’s will continue to host meetings virtually, eSports remain available as well as other programming. We recognize that there will be diminished activity on campus this fall, and thus, reduced the Comprehensive Fee by 15 percent this year.

The University’s in-state tuition rate is lower due to the financial support provided by Delaware taxpayers. UD receives an annual operating appropriation from the state of Delaware, most of which is used to reduce the cost of tuition for Delaware-resident students. This is an investment that the state is making in the University every year to support resident students. This is the same tuition model that is used by publicly supported universities nationwide.

The differential fee reflects the significant investment that the University has made and continues to make in faculty expertise, enhanced technology and other resources in those disciplines to optimize student outcomes. Students in those programs continue to benefit from those investments, both during their time at UD and in the labor market after graduation.

Merit scholarships are typically honored with a deferral. Need based aid may require resubmission of the FAFSA if the aid year will change as a result of the deferral. 

During this time, the University is allowing up to 6 credits to “float” from the fall semester, allowing a student to take courses at no additional cost during the 2020-21 Winter and/or Summer Sessions. This will allow students who feel challenged by the online learning environment the opportunity to take a lighter course load this fall and then catch up on their credits in a later session. The maximum number of course credits spread across the fall semester and the Winter and/or Summer sessions covered by this provision is 18. So, if a student takes 12 credits in fall, they will have 6 credit hours left to use in winter or summer. If they take 13 credits in the fall, they will have 5 credit hours left to use and so on. If students end up with a floating number of credit hours that do not match the class they'd like to take -- for instance, they have 3 floating credits and want to take a 4-credit class in winter -- they will pay for just 1 credit.

Undergraduate students who took at least 12 credits in the Fall are eligible to take up to an additional six credits this academic year during the Winter and/or Summer sessions at no additional tuition charge. 

Students must be enrolled in at least 12 credits in the fall 2020 semester to be eligible for the free credits. The course credits may only be used in the winter 2021 or summer 2021 sessions.

Students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program may use their free tuition credit to enroll in both undergraduate and graduate courses. 

Campus Life

Yes, we increased the number of students living on campus this spring to about 4,000 - about 60% capacity. In the fall, we limited the number of students living in residence halls to about 1,300, or about 20% of capacity. Knowing how valuable the on-campus experience can be, we gave priority to first-year students, helping them build bonds with their new classmates, and to seniors, so they can pursue internships, research projects and other hands-on experiences to prepare them to enter the workforce after graduation. All students are living in singles. 

Spring assignments, move-in appointments and when applicable, apartment-mates will be released via email the week of January 25 - 29. Available information about spring move-in can be found on the Residence Life and Housing move-in page.

Each student will be housed one per room in traditional (students share a community bathroom), suite (students share a bathroom with one other room), and apartment-style buildings (students have either a private bathroom or a shared bathroom). Buildings with Air Conditioning will be utilized first and non-air conditioned spaces used, as needed. 

Additional opportunities, if available, will be sent to remaining students on November 9. Students will have until Monday, November 16 to respond to these offers. All students will be notified on December 1st about their contract.

The University does not require post-travel testing. However, you will need to self-quarantine if you had close contact with someone who is COVID-positive.

Morris Library will be open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and will be closed weekends, with occupancy limited to 30% of capacity, until the beginning of the spring semester.

Limited bus service began on Sept. 1:

Due to the social distancing guidelines the campus is implementing, the passenger capacity of our transit system will be reduced by 70-80%. As a result, in order for us to do everything we can to transport students to their classes, we are suspending all transit service to local apartment complexes.

Students are encouraged to bring a bike to campus. The Newark Bike Project on South Main is a great resource – they sell low cost bikes and do repairs.

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions has reopened campus tours with our student tour guides, the Blue Hen Ambassadors. Each tour has a limited capacity, so tour times may fill quickly. Each tour reservation allows a student to bring a maximum of two family members from the student’s household along with them. No, students placed in a room designed for multiple occupants will not be charged the single room rate but rather the rate they would have been charged had the room been occupied as designed. Please note, these rooms will contain furniture, unused, that can not be removed or storied at any point during the Fall semester. Students who requested a single and are assigned one at their request, will be charged the single room rate.

No guests who live outside of the building will be allowed in the building. Additionally, no overnight guests will be permitted. Students will be required to wear a face covering anytime they are outside of their room.

Yes, all furniture will remain in the room even though the room will be used as a single room.

Custodial Services will clean all public restrooms 2 times per day and all high touch points will be wiped 2 times per day also. Hand sanitizers will be strategically placed throughout the Residence Halls.

Yes, the University has identified spaces for use if a student needs to be quarantined while awaiting the results of a COVID 19 test; or isolated, if they test positive but do not require medical intervention.

If the University is required to close due to a COVID outbreak resulting in the closing of the residence halls, necessary account adjustments will be made at that time.

The University is asking off-campus landlords to work with student tenants to find mutually agreeable solutions. Yet ultimately, off-campus landlords do not have to follow the guidance of the University. Because landlords/off-campus housing are separate business entities, you/your student will need to communicate with them directly with concerns.

The Caesar Rodney Fresh Food Company and Pencader Dining Hall will open, along with the Trabant Food Court in Trabant University Center, Dunkin’ in Perkins Student Center, The Nest’s Marketplace in Morris Library and both P.O.D. Markets. The hours for these dining locations are available on Dining Services’ website at Both the Caesar Rodney Fresh Food Company and Pencader Dining Hall will provide the option to dine in or take food to go. To manage the flow and critical check points, guests will be asked to use designated entrances – the Academy St. Entrance at Caesar Rodney and the Main Entrance at Pencader for dining in and the South Green Entrance and Terrace Entrance, respectively, for to go. To help facilitate contactless service, the required method of dining from the restaurants in the Trabant Food Court and Dunkin’ will be mobile-only ordering and contactless pickup using campus dining in the Grubhub app.

To help you make a decision on dining options across campus, you can view the occupancy of the Caesar Rodney Fresh Food Company online and Pencader Dining Hall online, as well as near their main entrances. Dining Services has partnered with Density, a real-time people counting solution, to provide this information to the campus community.

All students living in a traditional on-campus residence hall will be required to purchase one of the available on-campus Weekly meal plans and were automatically assigned and billed for the 14 Weekly plan. Students can choose to keep the 14 Weekly or change their plan to another Weekly meal plan. Students who will be living off campus or in University Courtyard, One Easton and family housing are not required to purchase a meal plan, but still have the option to sign up for one. Meal plan add-ons for all meal plan holders will also be available from off-campus partners’ Good Uncle, for food delivery on and off campus, and Home Chef, for cook-at-home meal kits. Spring meal plans are anticipated to begin on the first day of move-in on February 10th. The available meals that day are brunch and dinner.

The University of Delaware Student Centers are open for studying, meeting, dining and recreation, subject to size and space limitations. Available amenities will include the Trabant Food Court, Esports Arena, Hen Zone and reservable spaces. RSOs may register to hold meetings in the Student Centers. More information is available at For students who will not be on campus, the Student Centers plan to host a slate of virtual events: leadership workshops, performances, guest speakers, trivia, bingo, and game shows.

Athletics & Events

Tentatively, all sports, including football, postponed from this past fall, including football, will shift to spring, beginning January 23. Spring sports are currently planned during their customary season. However, all regular competition schedules are likely to be shortened and modified to avoid conform with no air travel and overnight stays.

Working at UD

Staff should continue to work remotely to the extent possible for the foreseeable future; however, there are exceptions for employees who must be on campus to provide critical work functions. Prior to anyone returning to campus, approval from the unit’s senior leader (President, Provost, VP, Vice President for Research) must be granted.

Faculty and staff who need access to their offices may do so by appointment only. Requests should be submitted to their Dean or Vice President.

No, the policy will not change. Supervisors are encouraged to work with their employees to identify flexible work arrangements as needed. 

Yes, the hiring freeze remains in effect until further notice. Exceptions may be appropriate in limited strategic areas, and in support of our principles to support specific critical needs, including safety and academic continuity. Few exceptions will be approved.

UD travel for research, scholarship and creative activities may resume provided UD travelers are fully vaccinated and their travel has been approved (if required) via this online application process prior to departure. Other UD travel remains suspended until further notice.

  • You are “fully vaccinated” when it has been at least two weeks since the second dose of a two-dose vaccine (e.g., Pfizer or Moderna vaccines), or at least two weeks after a single dose vaccine (e.g., Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine). 
  • Travel approval is required when UD employees and students need to use shared/public transportation (e.g., Uber/Lyft, buses, trains, planes) and/or overnight accommodations. Day trips using one’s own vehicle are not subject to this approval process. 
  • UD employees who are approved to travel are encouraged to use Concur for all travel-related bookings and transactions and are responsible for keeping up to date with changing CDC and U.S. Department of State travel guidance.

Faculty will work with their department chairs with regard to in-person versus online teaching. No faculty members will be required to teach in person if they have legitimate reasons for not doing so. These include age, underlying health conditions, caregiver responsibilities, etc. Privacy concerns of faculty members will be respected. An ADA form is not necessary when a faculty member and a department chair can work out the teaching assignment to meet the faculty member’s needs.

An ADA form is necessary when (1) there is a dispute between the faculty member and the department chair and/or (2) the faculty member elects to use the form at the outset (mainly for privacy reasons).

We recommend staff bring any food in coolers with ice packs to eat at their desks, in order to cut down on the need for using the refrigerator and being in close proximity. When using shared equipment, employees should wipe it down with appropriate sanitizing wipes following use.

No. Effective July 1, 2020, the vacation accrual limits outlined in the Vacation Accrual and Use Policy have been temporarily suspended through December 31, 2022. Eligible employees will be permitted to accrue vacation leave in excess of the limits outlined in the policy. Accrual limits will be restored effective January 1, 2023, and any excess vacation leave for current employees will be forfeited at that time. The accrual limits outlined in the Vacation Accrual and Use Policy will still apply for the purposes of vacation payout upon separation from the University (up to 40 days for employees with 21+ years of service).

The Carpenter Sports Building (LilBob) is open Monday – Friday 6am-9pm Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm. Reservations to access the facility are required, more information is available at Masks are required while in the facility. 

Currently the athletic fields near the LilBob are closed for drop in use. UD is working to open those fields in the spring, weather permitting, and with staff to monitor the fields for proper face coverings and physical distancing.

The Office of Undergraduate Admissions has reopened campus tours with our student tour guides, the Blue Hen Ambassadors. Each tour has a limited capacity, so tour times may fill quickly. Each tour reservation allows a student to bring a maximum of two family members from the student’s household along with them. The UD Bookstore is currently open for in-store and online shopping. Guests must enter from the Academy Street doors; the Main Street door is currently closed.
