Vacation/Sick Accruals

Vacation accruals occur for full-time employees on a rotating quarterly schedule based on the employee's hire date. Sick accruals for full-time employees are the same each month.

Sick Accrual/Days – 1.5

Reduced FTE: For employees on reduced FTE, the accrual and max carry over is prorated based on the FTE value. Example 5.625 Std Daily Hours (.75 FTE) employee, will accrue as follow: 0.75 * accrual rate of 7.5 or 8 standard Daily hours employee.
