Affinity Caucuses

The University of Delaware's Affinity Caucuses are open to all UD employees as welcoming groups that support advocacy, belonging and community building. These groups serve as valuable partners in advancing institutional priorities, offering insight and perspective that help shape a more inclusive and responsive university culture.

Each caucus is self-governed with its own guiding mission, and is supported by a board of volunteer faculty and staff.
