What’s new? We’ve made some exciting updates to the Staff Excellence Award Program to make it easier, and more meaningful, for you to recognize outstanding colleagues:

One annual deadline: Nominations are now accepted once per year, with a single deadline of Feb. 14.

New award categories:

• Student Impact Award recognizing staff who make a significant difference in the student experience.
• Excellence in Leadership Award honoring those who inspire and guide others with vision and integrity.
• Updated Community Advocate Award with criteria that reflects UD’s core value of Service, celebrating those who champion community engagement and outreach.
