Homecoming is a time to celebrate what makes UD special, and we want your unit or organization to be part of it!

All units and organizations are invited to host events and activities that bring the Blue Hen community together throughout Homecoming in November. The Fightin’ Blue Hens will take on Florida International on Saturday, Nov. 14, at 3 p.m. during the Homecoming football game!

Here’s what’s already on the schedule:

• Nov. 11: Spirit Day on campus for students, faculty and staff
• Nov. 13: On-campus reunion events for the Classes of 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991 and 1996 and Gold Guard (those who graduated 50+ years ago)
• Nov. 14: Blue Hen Tailgate for all alumni and friends, plus events and tailgates for Student-Athlete Alumni, UD Physical Therapy, Center for Black Culture and the Black Alumni Organization.
• And more to come!

Add your event to the Homecoming lineup

Whether it’s big or small, your event is a chance to connect with Blue Hens and show your UD spirit. Events submitted through the form will be featured on the Homecoming website, which is promoted to the Blue Hen community.

Ready to join the celebration? Complete the online form by Aug. 31 to have your event included on the Homecoming registration page and in the event lineup on the website.

Once your event is submitted, the Office of Development and Alumni Relations will:

• Manage event registration through the official Homecoming registration page
• Add Homecoming branding to your promotional image (a photo with no text is best)
• Promote your event on the UD Events Calendar and Homecoming website
