UD searches for Director of Undergraduate Education

Applications due from faculty and staff by Nov. 24

The University of Delaware has launched a search for the position of Director of Undergraduate Education. Applications from faculty and staff are due by Nov. 24.

The director will promote innovation in and excellence of undergraduate education across the University. By providing strategic leadership, the director will work to position UD at the forefront of undergraduate education pedagogy and practice and will coordinate efforts for the ongoing improvement of students’ retention and graduation rates.

The position reports to the Interim Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education and Dean of the Honors College, who is responsible for shaping and advancing the University’s undergraduate academic experience. This involves strategic oversight of curriculum development, student success initiatives, general education programs, high-impact practices and honors education.
