Planned maintenance for Finance Peoplesoft databases FIPRD and FIRPT

Phase IV of the database migration is set to begin on Friday, Feb. 9

On Friday, Feb. 9, UDIT will begin migrating the databases supporting all applications on Peoplesoft databases FIPRD and FIRPT as part of a larger hosting migration. Starting at 5 p.m., Peoplesoft Finance production systems FIPRD and FIRPT will be unavailable.

UDIT anticipates that all systems will be available for the campus community by Sunday, Feb. 11, at 5 p.m.

The scheduled maintenance will affect the following systems. External systems will be functional but interfaces between FIPRD / FIRPT and the external systems will not function during this period.

    • FIN Proposal Approval Summary

    • PAY Supplemental Pay

    • PAY Supplemental Pay Amendment

    • Invoice Payment Approval Routing Form - Facilities

    • Invoice Payment Approval Routing Form - 1743

    • Invoice Payment Approval Routing Form - Research Office

    • Project closeout

    • Payment activity

    • JV 

  • Chartfield interfaces

  • CashNet

  • Transact 

  • BofA Works

  • Axiom

  • Anaplan

  • LAM

  • UDataGlance

  • Jaggaer (UD Exchange)

  • Concur

  • Maximo Integration

This is phase IV of a 4-phase migration plan that is expected to be completed by April 2024.
