Planned maintenance for FIRPT and FIPRD application servers

FIRPT and FIPRD Application Server migrations set to begin on Feb. 14 and Feb. 17

As communicated previously, Phase IV of the database migration is scheduled to begin on Feb. 9 for Finance Peoplesoft. Phase IV will be completed in three stages: FIPRD and FIRPT databases, FIRPT application server and, finally, FIPRD application server.

On Wednesday, Feb. 14, UDIT will migrate the FIRPT application server supporting all applications on Peoplesoft database FIRPT. Starting at 12 p.m., the Peoplesoft Finance production system FIRPT will be unavailable until 3 p.m.

This scheduled FIRPT maintenance is not expected to affect any systems directly.

On Saturday, Feb. 17, UDIT will migrate the FIPRD application server supporting all applications on the Peoplesoft database FIPRD. Starting at 8 a.m., the Peoplesoft Finance production system FIPRD will be unavailable until 5 p.m.

The scheduled FIPRD maintenance will affect the following systems. External systems will be functional but interfaces between FIPRD and the external systems will not function during this period.
