Parking permit registration is now open, for the 2023-2024 academic year for University of Delaware students, staff and retirees.

To obtain a permit for 2023-24 visit www.udel.edu/permits.

Please review the following:
• Auto-renewal emails and permit information will be sent Aug. 1, 2023.
• If you're not sure if your permit is auto-renewal, if the permit number starts with an "A" it is auto-renewable. If it starts with a fiscal year number like 23 it is not auto-renewable.
• All Hybrid parking permits must be renewed for the 2023-2024 academic year. Hybrid permits will be available for employees who are only on campus for three or fewer days per week. Employees who are on campus four or five days each week will still be required to purchase a full price permit. To qualify for the hybrid permit, an employee must have a completed Telework Plan Agreement, approved by the employee’s manager. Fully remote employees do not qualify for this permit.

Employees, students and other customers can change parking permits at any time or check items on their parking account by going to the parking service website.

Click on "login" in the upper right-hand corner and follow the onscreen instructions. You may:
• Update vehicles
• Review/purchase permits
• Review citation history
• Add/delete wait lists for parking permit types/lots
