Learn about short-term development programs for working professionals and current students

Free live-online information sessions highlighting University of Delaware professional development programs will be held Tuesday, July 26, 7-8 p.m. for interested participants to learn more about fall 2022 programs offered by UD’s Division of Professional and Continuing Studies (UD PCS).

Providing high-level program overviews, the virtual information sessions give prospective learners opportunities to ask questions of program faculty and staff and learn more about the programs, including new career services available to most students and graduates of UD PCS certificate programs.

Helping professionals advance in their careers and providing undergraduate and graduate students with additional resume-building skills and certifications, the following short-term certificate programs and courses will be highlighted at the virtual information sessions:
• Brewing Science and Brewery Operations
• Business Analysis
• Cybersecurity
• Clinical Trials Management
• Design Thinking
• Drone Pilot Training
• Instructional Design
• Microsoft Excel (fundamentals to advanced)
• Nonprofit Leadership
• Occupational Safety
• Paralegal
• Predictive Analytics and Data Mining
• Project Management
• R for Data Analysis
• RN Refresher
• Sales Development, Sales Operations Science, Business Analytics
• Social Media and Digital Marketing (fundamentals to advanced)
• Telehealth Coordinator

Most UD PCS programs are offered online in a live videoconferencing or self-paced format and can be completed in about three months.

Payment plans, discounts or scholarships are available for most programs and include discounts for veterans and members of the military, groups of two or more, professional associations, and UD alumni, students and employees.
