The University of Delaware Graduate Student Government, with the support of the Sustainability Council, is applying to the League of American Bicyclists to have UD recognized as a Bicycle Friendly University.

As part of the application process, members of the UD and Newark communities are invited to participate in a survey to gauge familiarity with current bicycle programs, facilities and amenities on the campus.

The survey closes on Monday, Nov. 15.

The Bicycle Friendly University program recognizes higher education institutions for promoting and providing a more bikeable campus for students, staff and visitors.
