Portion of Morris Library parking lot to be shut for three weeks

Utility construction project set to begin around Jan. 22

As part of the ongoing utility work on the University of Delaware’s South Green, the east portion of the parking lot south of Morris Library will be closed for approximately three weeks for the installation of new steam lines within the parking lot.

The project is scheduled to begin on or about Wednesday, Jan. 22, and the lot will be shut down for up to three weeks.

A temporary accessible pathway will be installed to allow those with mobility challenges to access the library from the south. Temporary designated ADA parking spaces will be provided in the west portion of the parking lot.
