Students, staff and faculty encouraged to prioritize their wellbeing

The University of Delaware’s inaugural Blue Hen Re-Coop Day will be held Friday, Oct. 11. Classes will be paused for a break in the fall semester, and all members of the campus community have been encouraged to take an opportunity to reflect on their wellness and prioritize their wellbeing.

In concert with World Mental Health Day on Oct. 10 and the return of the campus De-Stress Fest on Oct. 9, the Campus Wellbeing Collaborative has created a calendar of optional activities and ideas for enhancing wellness in one minute, one hour or one day. Students, staff and faculty are encouraged to commit time to their future schedule that will be used to make progress in their area of choice, and those who are inclined can join the conversation on social media using the hashtag #BlueHenReCoop.
