University of Delaware Police arrested an injured man who was found walking around the campus on Sunday morning, March 17, and appeared to be disoriented. He is not affiliated with the University.
The 30-year-old man from Hockessin, Delaware, was naked, walking in the area near Sharp Laboratory on The Green when UD police officers located him.
