Town hall to discuss future of learning spaces at UD

Interactive discussion set Nov. 15 in Mitchell Hall

A town hall about the future of learning spaces on the University of Delaware campus will be held from 1-2 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 15, in Mitchell Hall.

This interactive discussion will examine the vision and strategies to enhance support services in classroom and collaborative spaces for faculty and students. Hosting the event will be Sharon P. Pitt, vice president and CIO, Information Technologies, and Susan Kennedy, associate vice president, IT Strategic Operations.

Input from those attending will inform the new University IT strategic plan and shape future investment strategies in learning spaces, staffing, services and technologies. The goals of the session are to introduce the University IT planning process, provide context to frame the discussion, identify opportunities and challenges, and understand the implications of the plan.

For planning purposes, please register online in advance.
