Therapy Approach

My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I draw from an integrative framework, primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to support meaningful and lasting change.

Pulling from person-centered, trauma-informed care, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected and empowered. I also incorporate constructivist, systemic, multicultural and person-in-environment perspectives, recognizing how relationships, culture, identity and life experiences shape our well-being.

Supervision Approach

My approach to supervision is grounded in a developmental model. I believe a strong supervisory relationship creates the foundation for learning, reflection and growth. I aim to provide a supportive space where supervisees can explore their clinical work, develop their areas of interest and feel comfortable asking questions and taking risks. My goal is to help supervisees strengthen their confidence, clinical judgment and autonomy while fostering curiosity and a commitment to lifelong learning.
