Plan Administrator	Securian Financial is the provider for accident and critical Illness Insurance. Employees have the opportunity to enroll as a new hire within 30 days of their hire date or during the Annual Benefits Open Enrollment in May.
Who Can Use this Benefit	Coverage is available for the employee, spouse and dependent children
Benefit	Accident Insurance	Critical Illness Insurance
Costs	Costs can vary based on your level of benefit coverage. Visit the Securian Employee Portal to view rate information and to enroll.
Spousal Coordination	N/A

Don’t forget about your $50 health & wellness benefit(s)

You, and your enrolled dependents, are eligible for a $50 health and wellness benefit for several types of wellness screenings, including an annual physical exam, a colonoscopy, mammograms and more.

Each insured may receive a maximum of one $50 health and wellness benefit payment each plan year, per product. If you are enrolled in multiple plans, you may be eligible to receive multiple payments.
