Leaving the University of Delaware
Participation in an exit interview is voluntary. It is a helpful tool utilized to identify what we are doing well, areas that need strengthening and why employees are leaving.
Exit interviews may be conducted either in person or online through the Offboarding Survey. For an in-person interview or questions, please call 302-831-2171.
