Presidential Academic Leadership Program
The University of Delaware’s Presidential Academic Leadership Program program runs from August to May, with monthly full-day workshops centered on personal and institutional leadership skills and key issues in higher education.
Each monthly session will host up to two senior leaders who will share their leadership journey, insights and key lessons learned. Topics include leadership fundamentals, organizational culture, team building, strategic planning, communication and navigating leadership transitions.
This program runs every other year.
