The Wilmington Partnership invites University of Delaware faculty and staff to apply for a mini-grant by March 20, 2026.

Small grants of up to $5,000 will be awarded to projects that foster and support mutually beneficial community-engaged research in collaboration with community organizations and individuals in Wilmington, Delaware.

Proposals should be developed in partnership with community organizations and aim to improve material conditions and outcomes for historically marginalized communities in Wilmington.

Award decisions will be made by late April 2026.

The Wilmington Partnership Mini-Grant effort is funded by the Community Engagement Initiative, which works to facilitate and strengthen UD’s identity and impact as an engaged research university and community partner throughout the state of Delaware and beyond.
