Meet instructors, tour locations and learn about fall courses
The University of Delaware’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) welcomes community members to discover an exciting lineup of lifelong learning opportunities at open house events Aug. 4–7. These events offer a chance to meet instructors and volunteers, tour classroom locations and learn about the fall courses available.
Open houses will be held at the following locations:
- Lewes – Monday, Aug. 4, 10 a.m.–noon at Trinity Faith Education Building
- Wilmington – Tuesday, Aug. 5, 10 a.m.–1 p.m. at Arsht Hall
- Ocean View – Wednesday, Aug. 6, 10 a.m.–noon at Ocean View Community Center
- Dover – Thursday, Aug. 7, 10 a.m.–noon at Wyoming Church
OLLI is a volunteer-based learning cooperative for adults aged 50 and over, offering hundreds of noncredit courses with no exams or grades. This fall, participants can choose from a wide range of topics including art, history, science, wellness, languages, performing arts and more. Whether you're interested in painting, genealogy, tai chi or artificial intelligence, there’s something for everyone
Fall classes begin Sept. 2, and registration is open to all ― no prior OLLI membership or Delaware residency is required. A flat membership fee of $260 covers unlimited courses and activities across all OLLI locations and online. Need-based financial assistance is available.
At OLLI, members experience the joy of lifelong learning, form lasting friendships and enrich their lives through shared educational and community involvement. For more information and a course catalog, visit olli.udel.edu.
