Purposeful App Launched: Includes Access to All Purposeful Tools

Purposeful resource designed to enhance student wellbeing

Purposeful, a purpose-focused wellbeing tool powered by Kumanu, is now available as an easily accessible app to University of Delaware faculty and students.

Purposeful serves as an incredible ally to help students increase confidence in finishing their degree, improve stress management, lower anxiety and enhance emotional health for better academic performance. It provides a pocket companion for inspiration, support, information or even just a reminder of your contributions to others through purpose.

Purposeful consists of the following additional resources:

  • Purposeful Tip of the Day — simple tips to live with purpose each day delivered to your inbox.
  • Purposeful Living Newsletter — reflect deeply on purposeful topics and discover new ways to focus on what matters most to you.
  • Monthly PurposeCast — join conversations designed to inspire you with purpose-driven thought leaders, experts, and innovators.

Sierra RyanWallick, founder and CEO of UP Cycle Design and current UD student, said the Purposeful app has allowed her to be “more mindful throughout the day and more intentional with actions and choices.

“As a result, I am more supportive, loving and caring to my family and friends,” RyanWallick explained.
