Eager to learn, UD students resume classes on campus

With minds wide open, University of Delaware students began the 2023 spring semester on Monday, Feb. 6.

Students walked campus paths and settled into classrooms, eager to fill their brains with all forms of knowledge on subjects from accounting to women and gender studies, with hundreds of topics in between.

UD’s residence halls reopened at 10 a.m. on Sunday, Feb. 5, and dining halls began serving meals with brunch later that morning.

Spring break will run from Saturday, March 25, until classes resume on Monday, April 3. Final exams begin on Thursday, May 18. Commencement is scheduled for Saturday, May 27.
