New updated bivalent booster vaccine available for those 12 and over

The University of Delaware, in partnership with Albertson’s Pharmacy, will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic on campus, from 2 – 6 p.m, Monday Sept. 26.

Both Pfizer (updated bivalent vaccine) and Moderna (updated bivalent vaccine) boosters will be distributed at this event. Only the new bivalent vaccine (omicron vaccine) will be given at the clinic. This clinic, which is open to UD faculty, staff, students and the Newark community, will be held in Pencader Dining Hall, Room 106, on the Laird Campus in Newark.
