Join the University of Delaware’s hospitality business management students this fall to experience fresh gourmet cuisine in the student-operated and managed restaurant, Vita Nova. Located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, Vita Nova will open for lunch starting Tuesday, Sept. 7 and for dinner starting Wednesday, Sept. 8. Vita Nova will be open through Friday, Dec. 10.

Vita Nova is the perfect location for on-campus entertaining such as lunch meetings, dining and year-round for special events. The restaurant offers a three-course gourmet lunch Monday through Friday starting at 11:30 a.m. Casual dining is available in the Bistro Room Wednesday through Friday starting at 5:30 p.m. A four-course dinner is offered in the elegant dining room Wednesday through Friday starting at 5:30 p.m.

Reservations are recommended for both lunch and dinner at Vita Nova as tables fill in advance. Vita Nova patrons are politely requested to wear masks when not seated at their table.
