Change. We fear it. We embrace it. Leaders are defined by their approach to it. Last March, the hugely successful Change Makers Leadership Conference at the University of Delaware featured three keynote speakers who shared their personal approach to change. Two weeks later, COVID-19 arrived on campus, and life changed dramatically.

The Blue Hen Leadership Program (BHLP), host of the conference, has invited opening speaker Bryan Terrell Clark to return this year as the guest in its inaugural podcast, “Reflection on Change.” Clark, star of Broadway's Hamilton, TNT's Snowpiercer and the upcoming Disney+ film, Sneakerella, reflects on how he has adapted his message on purpose and change during the past 10 months and to inspire other to continue to lean into new opportunities.
